Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is an awareness program for hoteliers, management and bar staff. Responsible Service of Alcohol is important for legal, health and social reasons.
Legally liquor cannot be sold or supplied to a person who is under the age of 18 or to patrons who are unduly intoxicated or disorderly. Management and staff who sell or supply liquor in these circumstances can expect to pay heavy fines.
All staff involved in the service of alcohol must complete this course.
